1. General Provisions

king is an online gaming and sports betting platform. The operation of this website, all its products and services, and any relationship with users are governed by these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use king's services, you must open a personal account. Members must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false or incorrect information is considered a breach of these Terms and the account may be closed at any time.

2.1 One Account per Person

Each person may hold only one account at king. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, king reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any balance held in them.

2.2 Account Verification

king may request identity verification from a member at any time. This may include a copy of a national ID card or passport, mobile number verification, or other documents. If the required information is not provided within the given timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3. Age and Eligibility

The minimum age to open an account at king and to participate in any casino or betting activity is 21 years. No one under the age of 21 may use this site. Providing false information about age at registration is a breach of these Terms and may be a punishable offence under applicable law.

4. Account Security

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Strategic betting to obtain bonuses, selling wagers, or any other attempt to exploit the bonus system is considered a prohibited activity and the bonus may be cancelled. A promotion can be claimed only once per device, IP address or household.

7. Gaming Rules

10. Limitation of Liability

king is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, server outages, internet connection problems, or failures of third-party services. Members participate in betting and gaming activities at their own discretion and bear full responsibility for the outcomes.

king will not be liable for any claim arising from a member's own negligence, false information, or the actions of a third party. The maximum limit of liability in any case is restricted to the member's total deposits for that month.
